Creating a New Notification

For an administrator user, it is vitally important to have contact with clients or people involved in AVI. Whether for maintenance windows, to report new features released, system failures or simply to communicate some news, it is necessary to have a mechanism to establish a link with the end users. This is the purpose of the notification section. The access to the notification section is allocated on the top menu. Just click on the Notifications link.

This shows the screen that allows data to be entered that will be used to build the notification.

By pressing Send, AVI internally searches for all active users, uses the registered email accounts and sends the notification to each one of them.
